產(chǎn)品介紹 |
background: UTP20 is a component of the U3 small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA) (SNORD3A; MIM 180710) protein complex (U3 snoRNP) and is involved in 18S rRNA processing (Wang et al., 2007 [PubMed 17498821]).[supplied by OMIM, Jun 2009] Function: DRIM, also known as UTP20, is a component of the U3 small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA) protein complex (U3 snoRNP) and is involved in 18S rRNA processing. DRIM contains 2 HEAT repeats. Subcellular Location: Nucleus; nucleolus Tissue Specificity: Expressed in appendix, brain, colon, fetal liver, heart, ovary, pancreas, placenta, prostate, skeletal muscle, small intestine, spleen, testis and thymus. Similarity: Belongs to the UTP20 family. Contains 2 HEAT repeats.
