Cytoskeletal protein involved in actin-membrane attachment at sites of cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix (focal adhesion). Recruits other proteins such as TRIM15 to focal adhesion. SWISS: P49023 Gene ID: 5829 Paxillin是一種分子量為68KDa的局部粘附蛋白，參與腫瘤細胞的粘附與轉(zhuǎn)移。主要用于各種惡性腫瘤的研究。Paxillin 蛋白是胞外基質(zhì)細胞粘附（粘著斑）位點上肌動蛋白-膜附著的細胞骨架蛋白。Paxillin 在整合蛋白的信號傳導中起著非常重要的作用，整合蛋白介導的細胞骨架的再組織需要，paxillin 酪氨酸殘基的磷酸化。Paxillin 被粘著斑激酶 (FAK)在其118位的酪氨酸殘基處磷酸化。已經(jīng)證明，paxillin 118位和31位兩個酪氨酸的磷酸化對于MM1癌細胞的遷移是重要的。 |
