Subcellular Location: Cell membrane; Peripheral membrane protein; Cytoplasmic side. Tissue Specificity: Activated T-lymphocytes. Post-translational modifications: Phosphorylated by casein kinase II, protein kinase C and MAPKAPK2. Phosphorylation by PKC induces translocation from membrane to cytoplasm.
